Pubali Bank Limited having largest online network in Private Sector Banking with 455 online Branches invites applications for the following posts in its IT sector from Bangladeshi citizens.
1. Software Developer in the rank of Senior Officer (Computer): 15 nos.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Coordinate with the Team Leader on current programming tasks.
2) Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
3) Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
4) Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
5) Contribute to technical design documentation.
6) Work independently when required.
7) Continuously learn and improve skills.
8) Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

1) Academic Qualification: Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering.
2) Experience: Minimum 02 (Two) Years’ working experience in related field.
3) Proficiency with the .NET Framework/ Android Studio/ Eclipse/ XCode/ Oracle Form Developer.
4) Competency with Java/ C#/ SQL/ JavaScript/ Bootstrap.

Salary: Consolidated Tk.35,000/- per month during probation period.

2. Network Engineer in the rank of Senior Officer (Computer) : 02 nos.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for designing, organizing, installing, modifying and supporting LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet and network management systems.
2) Configuring, managing and maintaining network security functions such as firewalls, IPS, IDS, traffic shaping and network management systems.
3) Creating and maintaining documentation of all systems, applications, security and network configurations and modifications.

4) Testing and configuring network related software and hardware to determine applicability and suitability to site’s current and future network requirements, needs and directions.
5) Maintain Network Server such as Network Monitoring Servers and VPN gateways.
6) Should have experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.

Qualifications:

1) Academic Qualification: Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
2) Experience: Minimum 03 (Three) Years’ working experience in related field.
3) CCNA/ CCNP/ CEH Certification Preferred.

Salary: Consolidated Tk.35,000/- per month during probation period

4. Software Testing & Quality Assurance Engineer in the rank of Officer (Computer): 02 nos.

Responsibilities:

1) Testing In-house developed software, PIBS.
2) Reading all documents and understanding testing areas.
3) Developing test cases and prioritizing testing activities.
4) Executing all test case and report defects along with defining severity and priority of each defect.
5) Carrying out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.

Qualifications:

1) Academic Qualification: Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
2) Working experience in related field.
3) Working experience in Manual and Automated Testing including Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing.
4) Working experience in Testing of Web based and Client/ Server Applications in different environment.

Salary: Consolidated Tk.30,000/- per month during probation period

5. Hardware Engineer in the rank of Junior Officer (Computer): 18 Nos.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for installing, modifying and supporting LANs, WANs, Internet, Intranet and Network Management Systems.
2) Installing, configuring, repairing and maintaining different Server, Storage Device, Back-up Device, Laptop, Desktop Computer, Network Device, Printer, Scanner and UPS.
3) Having sound knowledge in Data Center Power Management and Precision Air Conditioner (preferable).
4) Installing and configuring Microsoft Windows, Linux, ADDS, RDMS, Anti-virus and different application software.

Qualifications:

1) Academic Qualification: 04 (Four) Years’ Diploma in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics  Technology from any Government Polytechnic/ Government authorized Institute under Bangladesh Technical Education Board.

Salary: Consolidated Tk.25,000/- per month during probation period.

General Conditions (Applicable for all 05 (five) posts):

1. Candidates having 3rd division/ class/ equivalent GPA or CGPA in any of the examinations are not eligible to apply.
2. Only published result, at the time of application, will be accepted. Testimonial for this matter will not be accepted.
3. Candidates with foreign degree must submit equivalence certificate from University Grants Commission of Bangladesh.
4. Age: Not over 30 years on 31 August 2017. No affidavit in respect of age will be acceptable.
5. Probation period: Selected candidates will undergo 01 (one) year probation period. After successful completion of probationary period they will be confirmed in the regular scale of pay with other admissible benefits.
6. Selected candidates will have to give an undertaking that he/ she will serve in the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (five) years.
7. Any incorrect/ fake information found later, will automatically cancel the candidature.
